AND YOU'RE TO BLAME ♥Well, this is where she wound up, wasn't it? Having stalked into the rather wet lands, the topography making rather quiet 'squish' noises with each step the femme took. She always hated it when it was wet and muggy, the air seemed stuffy and like you wouldn't be able to refresh the stale air that was being kept in your lungs no matter how many breaths you took. She didn't mind the fact that she usually wound up with mud caked on her legs, disguising the rather dark colors with a simple shade of lighter brown. Though, it did bother her how when her banner got wet it seemed to stick to her neck more than it usually did. Her limbs became kind of stiff and rather achey, which, to solve this problem she always ended up walking this off until her appendages had loosened some, just enough to give her a slight feeling of comfort, instead of the continuous sore feeling that seemed to build up in her joints.
A snort was released from the vixen's nares, pawing the ground with a rather muddy plate, almost impatiently. No, she wasn't exactly impatient, but that's the way she usually tended to make it seem. With a shake of the nape to free the banner [that, as usual, had been plastered to her neck due to the wet weather] and allow it to blow in the slight breeze that had changed courses to now come in her direction. Feeling somewhat of a light itch attack her hind legs, a simple swat of the chains fixed that problem. Staring at the surrounding lithosphere with rather dark optics, before lifting a limb to place the dagger at the end firmly on the ground before her.
Squish!... Squish!...
Called the ground from underneath the vex with each step she took. Truthfully, she hated that sound. It had always bothered her, and had given her the feeling that the ground was going to give way beneath her, causing her to sink to the point where she would be rather helpless. Then again, she figured that was a foolish thing to fear, and simply tossed it behind her with a slight shake of her crown. Taking note that the sun was slowly coming out, and glad that it was. That meant that it was nearing the end of this wet weather, and onto the dry. Somehow she took slight comfort in that, knowing that the end of this hated weather was soon going to be replaced with one that she loved.
Well, what she was doing here... What do you think, dumbass? This, after all, seemed to be some sort of claimance land. So, what she was doing here was what the other mares had chosen to do, and that was to be claimed by a stallion. And if they were, well, she figured she'd do the same. Don't get me wrong, she didn't follow others' actions all the time. Majority of the time she did what she wanted and didn't care what others thought of that. A rather careless attitude, you could say. Or at least that's what it was today. Most days it was a rather dark mood, though that could be changed instantly. It just depended on who you were and how you acted towards her. Hm, sort of that "you'll receive the same as what you give" treatment, I guess you could call it. Letting another rather.. frustrated snort escape her nares as she pawed the ground again, eyeing her surroundings rather cautiously, thorns always placed forward, swiveling in all directions, taking in everything she heard.
I guess you could say she was a little too careful.

ooc; It's like... amaaazing. The kinda muse you have after taking a French Final Exam. Lyk cha.
Pistons picked up and stamped back down into the mud soaken surface. The brown goo had found it's way splashed up onto his hide, coating black with a chocolate brown just about everywhere on him. Sure enough, it'd come off later when he was actually irritated by it. For now, it was quite comfortable. Whipchord snapped and flicked against his hocks, furiously lashing about to fight off the mud that dared to entangle the locks... more than they already were. Auditive swiveled on their axies, occuli glancing about momentarily before moving onward through the muck. It was almost like quick sand, hooves sinking into the mud, taking a bit of force to rip them out again and move along. Gaze seemed to settle upon a femme, of whom was quite far away from all the others. Pity really. Off of them squealing out to come be claimed by their prince charming. Sickening. Made him want to throw up. Towers flicked at a bug, resisting to allow the buzzing to go on any longer. He troted toward her in a bit of a half circle before drawing in at a sideward angle.
"My my, what do we have here?"
He made the comment in a rather pricky attitude, something he didn't expect to come off as but he couldn't exactly help it. Generally, it was just his nature and he'd like to keep it that way thanks. He wasn't going to change into some sweet and humble idiot just to impress some vix. If they didn't like him for who he was, too bad for them. The way of life toots. Most things aren't going to go your way. Even when they're generally planned to.
"I be Larguer, King of the Misty Forest. And who may you be madame?"
In another sense, quite the cocky voice came out toward the end, though much of it was held back. Towers flicked and pinned back for a moment before coming upright once more. damn bugs. Tassels whipped with a quick snap across his hocks, chasing away more bugs that were attracted by the mud.
ooc; Aaaaaand, holy crap that sucks. xD

Looking around with one of those, "this place disgusts me" looks on her face, trying to find something to do when really, there wasn't anything if you hadn't been approached by a stag. That managed to sicken her, in a sense. Gaze fell to the ground, optics scanning the topography for anything whatsoever, mostly looking to see if there was anything that she could smash, or anything she could eat. Well, she hadn't eaten for a while, so she was a bit hungry, I guess. The thing is, though, that she didn't exactly like eating things that were either covered in mud, or wet, for that matter. Odd, I know. But it was just one of her "pet peeves". Whatever the hell those were supposed to be, but anyways, that's just something that doesn't matter. And it probably never will, either.
Taking a few steps, the ground still making rather loud squishing noises beneath her feet with each step, still examining the ground. Stepping in a fairly large patch of what was once dirt, but was now mud. Both front daggers slid forward as soon as they landed in this muddy.. area, and of course, that caused her to lose her balance slightly, and slide forward, though both of her hind hooves remained in place. So really, she would've looked like some sort of cat stretching. Making an attempt to pull her disc out of the mud, hearing it make a rather loud noise, like a suction cup, as she finally jerked it free. A snort was emitted from her nares, as if she was telling this "mud patch" off, or chewing it out, something like that. Immediately looking over at hearing a voice, with a few blinks before fully turning to view the one who had spoken.
"Andante." she replied, rather flatly of course. That was just the tone she had adapted to over the years. After all, wouldn't you be rather.. plain, boring, something like that, if you'd been her? I mean, she didn't really have a sad story to tell, and she didn't want on to tell either. So.. In a few of her homes, she hadn't been treated like a princess. She didn't want to be treated like a princess. That was just.. Odd, to her anyways. Then again, a lot of things were odd to her. But that's not important. No, she wasn't exactly a boring fae. She just had her days...
But didn't we all?
[ooc; bah. that sucks. >.<]
